REWIND!!!
Poor Niamh... she nearly went flying off her high chair this morning when I showed her the new Armani Pics of David Beckham. Either Victoria has been practicing her stuffing skills or Mr. Golden Balls is living up to his name.
Niamh eventually calmed down after a mug of tea and a Hob Nob. Needless to say, the picture kept us entertained for hours. We're trying to persuade Jim to do a similar photoshoot... unfortunately, it's gonna take much more than a Hob Nob.

Mouve Christmas Coats
REWIND!
Hiya's... I thought I had better post something, before Mr. Boss man gives out to me... you try be an international model, juggling a high profile television career, a stalker and having to work with Jim & Niamh, and see how you cope!
Oh what a week we're having. Last night was the FM104 Christmas party and I'm still recovering. The last thing I remember was flirting with Jim in the residents bar of the hotel at 4.15am this morning, but I can assure you, nothing happened... You'll need more than mistletoe Jim!
We had a great night and everybody behaved... although I'm sure some exciting stories will emerge as the week progresses. We had the pleasure of the gorgeous Coronas at our party. They played a few tracks, then hung out will all the staff in our penthouse suite. I have never witnessed so much excitement amongst our Beetle Bugs!
Oh how we love Mary Harney. We were very impressed when we spotted her wearing her lovely new overcoat, I think we all should have one in that colour. Niamh, I think I've found your Chrimbo prezzie!!!
Here's Exposo from Wednesday..

It's Bonus Time!
REWIND!
I'm delighted to bring you the first look at the new Strawberry album. This is the gorgeous new cover of "Uncovered Unplugged"...
But Wait, that's not all! When you get your copy from FM104's Roadhog. You'll pick up a Bonus CD - Absolutely Free! "Just Havin' A Laugh" contains my 5 big songs from the show. Ballyfermot, Smell Off Your Fella, Shut Up And Drive, Swords, and Finglas. It's a must have for any record collection!
But the most important thing to remember... (Ooohh I feel like yer one off Comic Relief) It's all for a great, great charity. FM104's help a Dublin Child, for Temple Street Children's Hospital. So if you're in a record shop over the next few weeks, you've gotta pick it up. The unplugged album is great for the car. I've dumped Kylie for a few weeks and I'm listening to this. Natasha Bedingfield is probably my favourite artist on the album. She was great when she came into the station, even if she did rob some of my chips! Ohh wait, Brian Mc Fadden was great too, doing the Scissor Sisters song. He is such a sweetie and great fun. Oohhh Hang on, I can't forget the Coronas singing JT's 'My Love' - that sends shivers down my spine!!! Oh look, just go out and buy the bloody album. It's in all good record shops, and if you can't find it, scream! That's what I do when I want something!

I like my toast done on one side!
REWIND!
So, Jim & Niamh are on holiday for the next few days. Don't worry, Ben is looking after things and playing you some clips of the last few months. Strawberry fans will be pleased to hear theres not long to wait until the release of the new Strawberry Uncovered Unplugged album. It's out on November 9th, and it's all in aid of "FM104's Help A Dublin Child" appeal, in association with Temple Street Children's Hospital. We'll be playing some tracks off the album on the station over the next few weeks, so listen out! There could also be a little bonus CD knocking around, check back for more info!
If you were listening to the show a few months ago, you will remember how we broke the rules of our building by using a toaster on the premises. The whole 7 floors of Hume House were evacuated as the fire alarms went off. Well, now you can get your hands on one of those beautiful FM104 toasters. Not only that, but this toaster has been signed by Stereophonics. All you need to do is place your bid and the highest bidder gets it. You could be eating your toast while staring at Kelly Jones' signature...

Awards and Stuff...
REWIND!
Hiya bloggers. Oh it's been a crazy week. Apologies for not updating sooner, but there has been utter madness in my life this last while! On Monday I discovered my dog Bruce is allergic to Leona Lewis' new song - he shakes whenever he hears it. Bleeding Love???? Bleedin' Chaos more like! There is no fun wiping up wee every time FM104 decide to play the song. I'm glad to see Leona back with us, although she really could do with a GHD!
We had our big night out last Friday at the radio awards. It was a great night, and Niamh managed to behave herself. Jim looked absolutely amazing in his tuxeeeedo. I swear, if I squinted my eyes really hard, he looked like James Bond. Gorgeous! For anybody wondering what the radio awards are like, well - try to imagine a big room, packed with the ugliest people in the country. I swear, there is a reason these people are on radio. Even Niamh looked attractive, so that will give you some idea!
Anyway, we all assemble in the hotel, we chat with other people in the radio business and then sit down to dinner. Finally, after what seems like a lifetime, the awards ceremony begins. Our lovely drive time hunk Mark Noble picked up the first award of the night for his show The Jam. The award was for music programming, and if I'm not mistaken - I believe Mark played my Finglas song a lot on his show, so obviously that's what swung it!
I was nominaaaated in a category. It was category D4 - which I think they named after FM104's location - cos we're so posh! Anyhow, as you've probably guessed, I didn't win. Initially I was a little bit shocked - but then I saw the state of the trophy... jaysus, I don't know where they picked these things up, but it looked like a filled in concrete vase! Can you imagine that in my luxurious living room! So in a way, things happen for a reason. If the prize was a Caribbean holiday or a new sports car, I'd be screaming for an investigation and demanding my rights, but I couldn't be arsed.
I've also rejoined the digital satellite tv channel - Live 25. They've launched their own special showbiz gossip programme, Exposo! And through the wonders of modern technology, I can now bring you this exclusive episode...

Wispa
We've been reading about it for weeks, but this morning it happened. My favourite chocolate bar returned. There was loads of them around the station this morning so I had one for breakfast. Hopefully those lovely people at Cadburys see sense and leave the Wispa machine running. It's much better than "Cadbury Dairy Milk Bubbly" - please... by the time I ask for that I'd have eaten two Wispas.

And There's More!!!
REWIND!!!
Happy Monday everyone... yeah whatever! This has to be the coldest day in months and it looks like any sign of a late summer is gone. That means I'll have to book another sun holiday!!!! Anyway, if there is one thing that will cheer us all up it's a bit more nudity. We promised you the x-rated version of the FM104 TV ad and we finally managed to get our hands on it (the ad, that is). It has an extra 10 seconds of the naked man, which is always welcome. This involves his bare ass running over the Halpenny Bridge, and his diddly bits getting caught in the lid of a wheelie bin (we've all been there)... ok, so it's more X-factor than X-rated but just shut up and watch it!
Enjoy.
Tick Tock!
I've had a few queries regarding my posting times on the Blog. Some of you were wondering why I was posting during the night, and was I really that dedicated to my job? Haha, when I managed to stop laughing, I realised that you're right. It is very odd. Even if I post something at 2pm, it'll say it's 3.35am. What the hell???
I think I'm stuck in the Tokyo time zone, but I haven't a clue how to fix it. To be honest, I'm quite happy being in Tokyo... It's gorgeous here, although they really need to watch their Carbon Footprint...
Jaysus, can you imagine their ESB Bill!!!

Naked FM104
REWIND!
Thankfully somebody else in this place agrees with me that we need more naked men on TV. Yes, it's the new ad for FM104's Strawberry Alarm Clock. It launched this week on loads of TV channels and it's great!
I think the girls in our Marketing department were on my wavelength when they decided to run with this idea, but boy, are we glad they did. A gorgeous naked man running wild around Dublin city centre. Take a look for yourself!
We've had loads of texts in from listeners who love the ad. Some people are wondering if he really ran naked though town or was it all done by computers. Well, I can tell you now that it's real. And I have proof! When I heard we were making a new TV ad featuring a naked man, I demanded to be on location while filming was taking place. here's a sneak peak behind the scenes. This is us in Temple Bar...
Also, rumour has it there's a naughty version about to be released, including the bits the TV stations wouldn't allow go to air! Check back for more info!

Mind Your Knickers!
REWIND!
She's a Man Eater and a Promiscuous Girl, so who better to give you girls advice on knickers, than Nelly Furtado. This is a great little bit of footage from MTV, where Nelly decided to do a public service announcement on knickers. We think she's having a swipe at Britney... ooooohhhh saucer of milk for ms Furtado!
Speaking of Britney... how great is her new single???? Oh we love it. It got sent into 104 last week and we've had it on in the office non-stop. Even Mark Noble says he likes it which has me worried. Gimmie Gimmie More, Gimmie More, Gimmie Gimmie More.... genius!

Fabulous Finglas
REWIND!!!
Hiya, sorry for not updating this blog yoke sooner, but with Big Brother ending, I took a few days off... watching 13 weeks of live streaming has a strange effect on you!
So what's been happening in Strawberry Land, well the boss has decided I need to get in touch with the listeners... if only he knew the half of it! I swear, if touching listeners was a competition I'd win a medal. We have such gorgeous listeners! Anyway, he wants me to travel around Dublin and write a few songs on my experiences. If you ask me, it's just another excuse to get me to sing. I have a fabulous voice, it's been compared to Wet Wet Wet's, Marti Pillowcase and H from Steps...
So it was time for my first song this morning, and we chose a Northside suburb close to Jim's heart.

Chanelle Is Back
REWIND!!!
Chanelle is back... but only for a while. She popped back to take part in a task. Oooohhhh to be a fly on the wall....
It's a blind date style task, and when Ziggy and Carole have to guess who they're feeling, they are stunned to remove their blindfold and see Chanelle!
I'll have more gossip for you tomorrow on my update at 9.45.

Alarming Roses
REWIND!!!
Talk about deja-vu (no, not the Beyonce song) but the Fire Alarm. This time it wasn't our fault, we reckon it was one of the bankers. Yes, at 9am this morning the alarms went off in the radio station and we all had to evacuate the building. Poor Sandra was doing her traffic when she was ushered from her seat mid report... We had the band Royseven in the green room, so they were brought from the building clutching their guitars in their hands... we were on the street for 25 freezing minutes before being allowed back...
This clip is Jim & Niamh just back in the door of the studio. Myself, Dangerous Deano and Aine were outside trying to get a drum kit into studio 1...
Roses really smell like poo...ooo..ooohhhh
My favourite comedy was on telly this week, The Rose of Tralee. It has to be the funniest thing ever. A gang girls plastered with makeup and hooked up with some bogger escort for the weekend, sent off to Kerry where they're shoved on stage to talk about saving the world and how great they are at their secretarial jobs, then after a few embarrassing questions by Ray Darcy, they're forced to perform. This is the best bit, it's where they get to showcase their talent, like playing the flute, dancing at high speed or perhaps just reading a poem. It's comedy gold.
On Wednesday, we wondered what it would be like if I was to enter the competition...

Ugly Betty...
REWIND!
Yes, it's everybody's favourite programme here at FM104, and we are so jealous of those Americans, who get to see series 2 next month. It all kicks off in America on September 27th, but we'll have to wait until January.
In the meantime, here's the promo that's running on ABC in America...

Louis, Elvis And Funny Shaped Balls... Life is Just Fabulous!
REWIND!!!
Happy Monday to you. What a weekend... we saw the return of X Factor, which should fill a bit of the gap which Big Brother leaves when it finishes next week. It's great to see Louis Walsh back on the show. I didn't like that Brian guy at all. Speaking of Louis, he was in the station on Friday afternoon and we had a grand chat... he has an exciting few months lined up. Anyway, X Factor looks to be great this year so watch out!
Elvis
On Thursday, it was the 30th anniversary of Elvis. As I'm sure you heard, Dangerous Deano was busy on the streets speaking to Elvis Fans. He looked great wearing his Elvis uniform and just before I went to do my Big Brother update, I managed to record him in studio, in full Elvis gear...
Time For A Scrum
This week on the Strawberry, Jim & Niamh are giving away a great prize. They want to send two people over to Paris to see Ireland V Argentina in the Rugby World Cup! Imagine, being there with those gorgeous hunks running wild on the pitch with their big balls... oh I love Rugby!

Musical Madness (It's a bit like Carpet Madness... without the shagpile!)
REWIND!
What a day! Talk about talent... it's ooooozzzzing out of the speakers in the studios... it's like the auditions of X-Factor in FM104 at the moment. Jim has been singing in his jacuzzi all this week, today we had Elvis live in studio, Dangerous Deano was dressed up as Elvis - going around getting people to sing (video of Deano coming over the weekend), Tomo the taxi driver is busy working on a top secret singing project and I've released my new song this week...
Here's a little listen. It's called "The Taxi". It's a very deep, emotional song about an experience I had in Tomo's taxi last weekend. I sewar, how he got his licence is a mystery to all of us...

Catwalk Dangers!
REWIND!
Well they say modeling has it's dangers and this video goes to prove it's not all fun and games. I've seen some accidents during my time on the catwalk... only last week a rival model of mine, Donna Meade, went head first when part of the catwalk came loose. Some people said the "accident" was deliberate... but nothing can be proved- RIGHT!

NneeyyannnNiamh
REWIND!
This is turning into my favourite new hobby... slagging Niamh!
We all remember the fun we had with "NNnneeeyyNiamh" - well it doesn't stop - if you listen to Niamh long enough, you can get so much dirt on her, it's great.
This morning on air, she claimed she's "had" John Maguire... of course, it would be wrong for us to take this out of context and spread vicious rumours and post it on the internet - ahhh hell, she deserves it... have a listen!!!!

Guess Who's Back?
REWIND!!!!
It's been a great Bank Holiday weekend, just back from Puerto Banus. The luxury villa was luxurious and I topped up my tan... and my man! I got off the plane today to thunder and lightning and floods of rain. Only for I'm in such demand here I'd be out of this country. We're back to normal this week, Jim and Niamh return from their holidays.
Luckily we had satellite in the villa and we were glued to Big Brother all weekend. What has it been like???
The hot news we have is that two old housemates have entered the house. Who remembers Alex and Adele from Big Brother 3? Yes they are back for a special task as they go back in time.
Don't forget you can get all the latest gossip on my Big Brother update at 9.40 every morning on FM104.

Coconuts
Hiya's ... tomorrow is August and we're finally getting the sun. It's about time too. Between the weather,Big Brother and Niamh & Jim being off, things haven't been right at all. So roll on August!!!
Big Brother is kicking off like you wouldn't believe - here's today's update:
As Jim & Niamh are still on holidays, we're playing the best bits of the show.. (never have we seen such abuse of the word 'best') - and tomorrow you'll once again get to hear the Eurovision call to Helsinki where I showcase my song "Coconuts".
Here it is, in all it's glory. The Coconuts song...

Chanelle - On Yer Bike
REWIND!!!
It's hard to keep up with all the Big Brother action over the last few days. But today, we all gathered around the television in the studio to watch Chanelle leave the house. Myself and Hazel Nolan were glued to the screen. The poor twins were hysterical as Chanelle finally left...
The FM104 Bike
Yes, the FM104 bike... some say we have more than one... but the Goregous Mark Noble decided to go for a spin on it at lunchtime. Watch the hilarious video below... he was even nice enough to give the lovely Clare a spin on the back - until he crashed it through a door! If only he treated his bike like he does his car...

Dramatic Weekend On Big Brother!
Oh, the drama on Big Brother. What a weekend it has been! Charley has left, 5 new "Halfway" housemates have entered, Chanelle and Ziggy split, The Fire Alarm causes an evacuation, Chanelle has had enough and leaves, Channel 4 report she has left, then she goes back in...
Ok, in the next few hours we will see two new housemates enter the main house, with a chance of winning the show. It's hard to tell who will be chosen, but I think it's safe to say it won't be Jonty.
Could you imagine living with his guy???
Don't miss it, live tonight on Channel 4.
Strawberry Fun
Ben is in again this week for Jim & Niamh. He has loads of great stuff to give away with thanks to 53 Degrees North. He's playing 5 in 10 all week, and you'll have to go up against Ben's massive 10 sec. Clock!!!

Big Brother and Pink Pigs
So, Jim and Niamh are gone on their holidays for two weeks in their pokey caravan in Wexford. I swear, the Strawberry office never looked so clean. Niamh is like a tornado, she leaves a trail of destruction behind her. Not only that, but it's very quiet in here.
The lovely Ben Murray is looking after things this week, he made me a gorgeous cup of tea this morning which makes a nice change... Niamh would watch you die of dehydration before she'd put the kettle on.
This week on the show, Ben is throwing his money around... you could win a savings account with €5,000 to get you started, so listen in to play all week. It's with thanks to the wonderful bankers in the Bank Of Ireland, they're celebrating their advice week!
Big Brother Hostel
It's twist time in the house this week. I'm hearing talk of 5 new housemates entering a special hostel next door to the main house. Only two of the new group will make it into the main Big Brother house. And the interesting thing this year, is that the housemates will apparently get to choose which two of the new group get to make it into the house. They will be able to watch the hostel on a the plasma screens. Expect it all to kick off this weekend!
This Little Piggy...
So there we all were having lunch in the luxurious surroundings of the FM104 Greenroom when we hear a commotion, then Mark Noble is paged to reception and waiting for him is a Giant Pink Pig... now for anybody who knows Mark, it's fair to say he doesn't do pink... as much as I've tried to persuade him to try pink things, he won't budge. So we decided to capture this glorious moment on film for all to see. My favourite bit is at the end where he's forced to wave.. just look at how happy he is!!!!! hahaha
Thanks to Pigsback for supplying the pig and the fairy cakes!

No More Rain!!!!
REWIND!!!
Hiyas, what a day. I'm just back from a gorgeous FM104 lunch... it was lovely except we all got caught in the rain, I'm soaked. What is going on with the weather???... I swear, that Evelyn Cusack has a lot to answer for. It's grand for her doing her weather and mentioning a chance of rain, but that's no help to me running through Ballsbridge with fake tan running everywhere...
The Simpsons
I'm loving the competition on the Strawberry this week. I'm a massive fan of The Simpsons and I'm getting all the questions right, but Jim says I can't enter the competition because I'm staff, and it would look bad... I suppose, if anybody knows about looking bad it's Jim Mc Cabe!!!!
Anyway, you should try get through this week, the prize is only gorgeous! It includes flights to London (and hopefully home again), you'll get to see the premiere of the new Simpsons movie and you'll get put up in a top London hotel. I've been to London loads of times modeling and it's a great place... you should check out Big Ben - he's a lovely guy!
Big Brother!
What a week we're having in the house this week. It's Nikki v Gerry this Friday and we all think it's gonna be Nikki getting the boot. She is a walking bag of misery and needs to be evicted.
We think Gerry and his Monkey will be around for a few weeks yet.
As requested, here is the update from earlier!

Hunk Alert!!!
REWIND!!!
Oh what a morning... every now and then we get nice looking guy in the station, but this morning it was like all our birthdays had come together. In my opinion we've had too many cute girlies on the show, I mean, nothing against Andrea Corr or Natasha Bedingfield, but it needs to improve on the men side of things. Niamh and myself have been starved of proper eye candy for too long!
Ahhhhh John Maguire... Now if there is one person who fancies John Maguire as much as me it's Niamh Crowley. To surprise her, nobody told her he was coming onto the show, so during her link John walked into the studio to surprise her.. oh it was great.
And for fans of John, the last episode of the current series of "I'm An Adult..." is on RTE 2 tomorrow night at 9.30.
This is the moment Niamh sees john walk into studio...

Meal Or No Meal
REWIND!
Hiya, just a quick post. Jim & Niamh are buying me lunch... although knowing them it'll be a cheap sandwich, a bag of crisps and a bottle of some fizzy crap. Niamh's idea of posh lunch is when she eats a sandwich off a plate... that's what I'm dealing with here!
Anyway, just to let you know, You can catch my latest adventure tomorrow morning at 8.15 when you'll hear what happened with me on Deal Or No Deal.
Have a great day... don't forget BB tonight!

Pictures and Pauline!
Rewind!
Niamh took my photo earlier today, I wasn't going to allow it because my face is worth millions. But you can have a little small picture for the blog, only cos I love you all... and because I just bought loads of stuff in BT, so I'm in a great mood!
Big Brother Fake Week.
Oh I'm so excited about tonights Big Brother highlight show. We finally get to see Pauline enter the house. Word is, that Carole is really suspicious and has almost blown Pauline's cover.
I'll have all the goss for you tomorrow morning on The Strawberry at 9.40 so tune in then.

Rihanna Feat. Pierre - Smelly Fella
You've all been requesting it. It's the lovely Rihanna, featuring me as guest vocalist. It's the Smelly Fella song!
Crazy Niamh
They say getting caught up in a blizzard can be dangerous, well I took my chances this morning when The Blizzards came into Jim & Niamh. I saw them on the Miriam O'Callaghan show last weekend and they were gorgeous, especially the guy with the white t-shirt, so I was beside myself with excitement when they popped in after 9.
Speaking of Miriam O'Callaghan, how great is her new show? The set is like my sitting room and Miriam looks better than ever!
Niamh gave me a slap earlier because I made a fake ad slagging her off... it doesn't take much effort! We took her "nnneeeyyyahhh" line and made it into a ringtone ad.
Everyone in the station is talking about Big Brother, who is going to go on Friday? Well, we're putting our money on Laura. She has shown her true colours and we want her out. Besides, the car crash that is "Zig-elle" make great TV, so keep them together for as long as possible.

Panic in the studio
REWIND!
I don't know who's idea it was, but I'm still traumatised! How can one simple slice of toast cause such drama. I walk into the Strawberry studio and through the glass doors I see Niamh and Andy making FM104 toast . So Jim and myself went in, and we were quickly joined by Dangerous Deano, dressed in his security uniform, carrying the butter for the toast.
So there we all are, the 5 of us standing, watching this thing slowly toast the logo of Fm104 onto a slice of Brennan's finest. Exciting!
With that, absolute panic erupts. The fire alarm goes off and we all realise it's the bloody toaster! Now, I've been in stressful situations before at modeling shoots but this was crazy, I started screaming trying to get out, Andy is ripping the plug out of the wall, poor Jim looks stunned and Niamh, being the professional, decides to run back to grab the slice pan. There we were running out of the studio, knowing that we were trouble.
As we run from the scene, the rest of the FM104 staff noticed something wasn't right, especially when I was screaming even louder than normal, Andy is trying to dump a toaster, Dangerous Deano and Jim are trying to look extra cool like nothing is wrong and Niamh is carrying half a sliced pan of bread under her arm.
We were forced to walk down the 3 fights of stairs, mingling with loads of bankers (not for the first time in my life) and out to our Fire assembley point, which is actually just a lamp post! I'm getting onto management about this, there should be a panic room erected on Pembroke Road filled with refreshments. Poor Andy Preston was forced off air too and everyone was forced out into the cold.
Luckily Andy Matthews got all the blame for setting off the alarm which myself and Niamh are delighted about. We all managed to eventually get back into the studio, but by then we were all wrecked. I had to go shopping to help deal with the stress, so I've spent loads of money in BT on my way home and I'm settling in to watch Big Brother live streaming to get me back to normal.
Join me in the morning at 8.15 - You'll hear about my new job on "401fm" where my plans to book Shelly's party go wrong.
Cyas!
I like this photo of Jim & Sandra. It's like CSI Miami gone horribly wrong!
